Terms of Use
As a Pet Services Provider, we (JCDT (Jason Cortis Dog Training) have the right to make any changes to the scope of services as necessary, to comply with any applicable legislation, ethical, safety requirement or code of practice.

We have the right to refuse you our services or change, advice on the scope of services as necessary in-order to comply with any applicable legislation, ethical, safety requirement or code of practice.
Enrolment in any services require prior booking and advanced payment or deposits. Deposits are non-returnable except in exceptional circumstances such as illness or injury and at the discretion of JCDT.

The balance of fees are payable in full and in advance of any service. Once training commences fees are not be refundable. You are required to attend at the booked time slot and be available on location prompt. If you attend more than 20 minutes after the appointed time, the session will be cancelled. You will not receive a service refund.
In the event that a course is cancelled before services have commenced all deposits will be refunded. In the event that a course is cancelled after part service has began fees for the remainder of the course will be refunded.

Fees for 1:1 training and any behavioural work are payable in full when booking your sessions or on the day. Behaviour work will be only be taken up upon veterinary referral or after an appropriate veterinary examination.

At all times you are responsible for yourself and your dogs behaviour. Where required, you can be asked to make reasonable adjustments to ensure safety and smooth running of services.

Cancellations within 48 hours of the service booked will not be charged. Cancellations after this period will be charged in full. Cancellations must be made by text or email.

All 1:1 Dog Training Packages must be completed within a 6-month period except upon prior agreement.

Through the booking of any services, customers agree to these terms and conditions.
